The practical terms for buying prints, postcard sets, original works, and commissions from Joe Tyler Art.

These terms apply to purchases and enquiries made through Joe Tyler Art, including original paintings, signed limited edition prints, complete four-print bundles, limited postcard sets, commission deposits, and custom commissions.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery may be charged or calculated separately depending on item type and destination. Stripe handles payment checkout, and Joe Tyler Art does not store full card details.
Orders
Orders are placed through Stripe checkout. Please check product, size, quantity, delivery, and contact details carefully before paying. Order confirmation or receipts may be sent by Stripe and/or email.
Delivery
Print and postcard delivery is handled using the address provided at checkout. Originals and commissions may require separate delivery arrangements. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Cancellation and Returns
For eligible non-custom goods bought online, customers generally have 14 days after delivery to tell Joe Tyler Art they want to cancel. Goods should then be returned unused, undamaged, and in suitable protective packaging.
Refunds are usually processed after returned goods are received and checked, or after evidence of return is supplied where applicable. Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item was supplied.
Damaged or Wrong Goods
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@jtylerart.com promptly with order details and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Custom Commissions and Deposits
Bespoke, custom, or personalised commissions may be excluded from standard change-of-mind cancellation rights once work has started or once the commission brief is agreed, where legally permitted.
The deposit reserves studio time and is credited toward the final piece. Refunds for commission deposits are considered case by case depending on whether work has begun and costs have been incurred.
Original Artworks
Original artworks are unique pieces sold by enquiry. Returns are considered according to legal rights, item condition, and the circumstances of the purchase.
Intellectual Property
Buying an artwork, print, postcard, or commission gives ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and image rights remain with Joe Tyler unless agreed in writing. No reproduction, resale imagery, licensing, or commercial use is permitted without written permission.
Liability and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
