Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Signed Print Sets

Signed print sets are carefully packed from the studio and shipped to the delivery address supplied during Stripe checkout. Each set contains all four designs in the selected size.

Tracked delivery is used where available, depending on destination and checkout options. Shipping times and costs may vary by destination and selected checkout options.

Limited Postcard Sets

Limited postcard sets are packed to protect the signed and numbered cards in transit. Only 50 postcard sets are available.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are handled by enquiry rather than instant checkout. Delivery method, insurance, packaging, timing, and cost are confirmed directly before purchase because each original differs in size, material, and value.

Commissions

Commission delivery is arranged once the final piece is complete. Packing, courier choice, insurance, and delivery cost depend on the finished size and destination.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Print Sets and Postcard Sets

For eligible non-custom goods bought online, print and postcard customers can contact Joe Tyler Art within 14 days of delivery if they want to cancel or return an order. Email hello@jtylerart.com with your order details.

Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned safely in suitable protective packaging. Refunds can be withheld until the returned goods are received, checked, or until evidence of return is supplied where applicable.

Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item was supplied.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are unique works and are usually sold after direct enquiry. Returns are considered according to legal rights, item condition, and the circumstances of the purchase.

Commissions and Custom Works

Commissioned, bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised works may not be cancellable once work has started or once the commission brief is agreed, where legally permitted.

Commission deposits reserve studio time and are credited toward the final piece. Refunds for commission deposits are considered case by case depending on whether work has begun and costs have been incurred.

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact hello@jtylerart.com promptly with your order details and clear photos of the packaging and item. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, get in touch so the delivery can be checked with the courier or shipping provider.
