Artwork statement
This painting is about being drawn towards something without fully knowing why. The small area of light became the focus of the piece, standing out against the darker landscape around it. I wanted it to feel mysterious and hopeful at the same time, capturing that feeling of curiosity that pulls you forward into the unknown.
